Ikanos respects and protects the privacy of our users. This privacy policy sets out how Ikanos Communications, Inc (“Ikanos”) collects, uses and may disclose your personal information. By visiting and using ikanos.com (“Website”), you consent to this privacy policy, including the collection and use of tracking statistics as well as any personal information you supply.

I. Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

Ikanos collects your personal information to respond to your requests and for internal sales, marketing and administrative purposes only. If Ikanos should ever file for bankruptcy or have its assets sold to or merge with another entity, personal information Ikanos receives from you may be transferred to a non-affiliated entity and will be treated as any other Ikanos asset.

III. International Users

The Ikanos website is hosted in the United States. If you are visiting from another country with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States. By providing your personal information to Ikanos, you consent (i) to the use of your personal information for the uses identified with this privacy policy; and (ii) the transfer of your personal data to the United States.
